Winter Parking

A snow ordinance is in effect from November 1 to April 1 of each year.  Therefore, no person shall park, abandon or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street during a snowfall which has accumulated one inch or more of snow or for a period after the termination of such snowfall if parking such vehicle impedes snow removal operations.
